Leadership
Bernard Augustin – Chief Executive Officer
Bernard Augustin brings more than a decade of management experience to Vision Eagles, including leadership roles at Walgreens, a Fortune 500 company and one of the largest retail enterprises in the United States. His background spans corporate operations at scale as well as the management of several respected private organizations.
Beyond the boardroom, Bernard is a recognized leader in his community. He volunteers his time and serves as a key finance member for nonprofit organizations, bringing the same discipline and accountability to community work that he brings to business. At Vision Eagles, Bernard sets the strategic direction of the firm and ensures that every venture reflects our standards of excellence and integrity.
Oreste Eliacin – Chief Financial Officer
Oreste Eliacin oversees the financial strategy of Vision Eagles, drawing on years of experience in portfolio management. He has served as a key member of the Collier County school system’s transportation department and is a well-known leader and advisor throughout the Collier County community.
A dedicated volunteer with a long record of community service, Oreste is trusted by those who know him for one reason above all: his integrity. He brings that same trustworthiness — along with sharp financial expertise — to every investment decision Vision Eagles makes on behalf of its members.
